Thank You

Hello all my little Gypsies! I have had such a great time visiting everyone......each of us expressed our Gypsy Dreams in different ways. Several of our party goers taught us more about the Romani culture and people....and I found that so very informative and interesting. Many of us had giveaways......and many shared wonderful stories and artwork. I want to thank each and every one you for participating and making this Gypsy Dreams Party a huge success! I had such a great time and I have had several people already asking if I would be doing this again next year.....and the answer is YES! I do hope to make this an annual blog party. I have been asked about a few of the participant links that have not posted a party.....all I can say is that sometimes life gets in the way and I can only assume that it was either forgotten or something happened that prevented them to have time to follow through.....therefore I will not remove any links that have not asked to be removed.....in hopes that they will be able to join us a little late. A few people did email me and ask to be removed from the list due to things that happened that could not be helped......and those have been removed.....and others I have not heard from. All in all this has been a fantastic time and we have all enjoyed visiting with each other....I know some of you are still making your way through the list......and this site will remain up and running indefinitely so you can come back here and revisit everyone as often as you like. I will also use this page for the party next year. I also invite all of you to visit me over at my "real" blog. There is a 2nd Annual Practical Magic Blog Party coming up September 24th......you can learn more about it here.....it is hosted by my friend Anna over at Frosted Petunias......I hope to you there.

Thank you all again for such a great party! I have met so many kindred Gypsy Spirits.....and made some new bloggy friends that I look forward to getting to know better!

It's Time.....Get Your Gypsy Wagons and Let's Go!!

Hi all my Gypsy friends!!! It's time!!! Pack your wagons and lets get going!! Just a reminder that if you turn off your word verification on your blog for a few days it will make leaving comments much easier for everyone. Also, don't forget to go over to my "real" blog to see my Gypsy Dreams party post....I am listed on the sidebar under the participants too....Adventures of the Striped Stockings.....for those of you who don't know already. A few of our participants will also be having giveaways to go along with the party.....myself included.....so don't forget to look out for those giveaways.....I have two things I will be giving away.

Don't forget to leave a comment here under this post with a link directly to your party post so that others can find it easier in a few days when the party is over but people are still visiting.

One Last Check

Hi everyone. I have a request for each of you.....in preparation for the Gypsy Party will you please double check the Participants list and make sure you are there and that it is linked up correctly. I have checked it and rechecked it many times now but it would be great if each of you could check your name. I really don't want anyone to be left out! Also please remember to leave a comment here the day of the party under my post to link up to your party so that it's easy to find for anyone looking for it in the days and weeks after the party day. Again....if you have any questions or problems please email me. I can't wait for party day!! I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of Gypsy Dreams everyone has.......

It's Almost Party Time

Hi to all my Gypsy friends! It's almost time to gather your Gypsy Wagons and join me in the woods around the campfire for a great party! Here are just a few things to help make our party even more magical.

When your party post is complete please have it on your blog on the day of our party, Saturday September 10 or if possible, post it the night before so our international friends can get in their Gypsy Wagon and start visiting.

On your post please add a link back to this page.

To make commenting easier you may want to turn off word verification on your blog for a few days.

Leave a comment on my post on the day of the party and leave a link back to your actual party post so it's easier for everyone to find.

Lastly.....have fun! If you have any questions or if you need to back out please send me an email. Thank you to everyone who has signed up.....I look forward to seeing you around the campfire!!

The Gypsy Dreams Blog Party......Won't You Join Me??

I have written many posts about my Gypsy Dreams.....I dream of running away into the woods in my very own Gypsy Wagon and meeting my friends to make art and magic, swap bags and wear striped stockings....all while sitting around a bonfire under a full moon.

Many of my bloggy friends have the same dream......and so I decided to give us a chance to share our Gypsy Dreams with each other.......and have a whole lot of fun while we're at it!! What are your Gypsy Dreams? You can share them in so many ways.....Set up a Gypsy Tent.....have a Gypsy Party.......show us some Gypsy inspired jewelry, crafts or decor.......whatever you come up with.....just have FUN!!!
